How do I track my order?
We ship all orders with USA Post (UPS, Fedex, EMS). Every package is first confirmed, and then receives a tracking number. You’ll get that tracking number as soon as your order is finalized, and you can use it to track your package.

How long will it take to get my package?
We ship everything using USA Post Regular Parcel service, you have the option to upgrade to XpressMail to get your package within 48hours
Most packages get where they are going within 3 to 5 business days. However USA Post delivery time does depend on your state and how remote your city/town is.

What are your hours?
We take orders 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. For shipping and customer service, the Superbud is open from 9:00 am to 11:00 pm Pacific Time. Please contact us during those hours for questions about your order.
